The trailer for Doctor Odyssey, a new medical drama on ABC starring Joshua Jackson, recently set a record for being the most-watched trailer for a new broadcast TV show ever.

The series follows Max Bankman, a doctor whotakes a jobonboarda luxury cruise ship called The Odyssey.The waves are high and the stakes are even higher as he gets to know the ship's captain and his medical team, all while treating crises miles from shore.

Doctor Odysseyis available to watch in Canada on channels CTV and ABC every Thursday, oron streaming platforms Crave and Disney+.With the first episode out now, Elamin chats with TV critic Kathryn VanArendonkabout her review.
