After a vicious battle with Mihko's newest test subject leaves Cole close to death, Eva is forced to continue their investigation without him. David A. Robertson co-won the 2021 Governor General's Literary Award foryoung people's literature illustration with artist Julie Flett for their picture bookOn the Trapline.This was Flett and Robertson's second time winning this prize together, after receiving the honour in 2017forWhen We Were Alone.Robertson has published over 20books across a variety of genres, including the graphic novelsWill I See?andSugar Fallsand a middle-grade fantasy series calledThe Misewa Saga.

Scott B. Henderson is an award-winning author and illustrator from Winnipeg. He's previously collaborated with Robertson on books likeSugar Falls,The Chief, 7 Generationsand other books. He's also the illustrator behind the A Girl Called Echo series.

Donovan Yaciuk'scolouring work can be seen in comics for Marvel, DC, Dark Horse and Highwater Press, including the A Girl Called Echo series.

David A. Robertson is the author of numerous graphic novels, including Will I See?, Betty and Sugar Falls. CBC Books caught up with Robertson at his local comic book store to learn about the comic books he loved reading as a kid.
To say Cree author David A. Robertson is prolific is a bit of an understatement. He started his writing career in 2009, and has already published more than 20 titles. This fall he has three books being released. This week on Unreserved, an extended conversation with the author.
