Bullying has been in the news a lot lately - after the suicide of B.C. teenager Amanda Todd, but bullying doesn't just happen online or at school

It's also a problem in the workplace that too often seems to go unchecked. It could be a bullying boss with high standards, who uses fear and punishments to get results or a co-worker sabotaging or undermining another's work or reputation.
