There just aren't enough places to park in downtown Kamloops.   

The Kamloops Central Business Improvement Association says it's time to increase rates and fines, among other ideas.

This week there are two open forums about downtown parking.
Since it's an issue that seems to have no two hour time limit, we asked our Josh Pag and former mayor Mel Rothenburger to get to the bottom of the change purse on this one.
