The federal government has a introduced a second massive omnibus bill.

Meanwhile, provincially, Premier Christy Clark has cancelled the fall sitting, and the legislature won't sit until some time next year.
   
So in B.C. right now, our two largest levels of government aren't debating much policy at the moment, and some pundits say democracy is in danger.
