Stephen's parents immigrated to Canada from Vietnam and he grew up helping in their Chinese-Canadian restaurant. As a kid, while his friends watched cartoons, he was glued to cooking shows. Having already earned degrees in physiology andpharmacology, as well as pharmacy, Stephen is currently finishing up his third degree in health information management. He also recently completed aninternship in vaccine distribution. Baking is Stephen's creative outlet that combines his scientific brain with his passion for food.
