For the past ten years, Timothy has been investigating sexual misconduct allegations against Canadian fashion mogul Peter Nygard. Timothy has spent much of his career investigating institutional sexual misconduct, and has exposed a cover-up of systemic sexual abuse in Scouts Canada, as well as the widespread failure of Canadian universities to facilitate sexual assault reporting.
