EXCLUSIVE TASTING MENU AT BOULEVARD KITCHEN AND OYSTER BAR

Donation: $1,000

Description: Exclusive Tasting Menu experience for four people including Boulevard's signature suite of Tableside Service Elements including Vintage Port Service and a guided kitchen tour with Boulevard executive chef Roger Ma, who's formerly of Daniel Boulod's flagship restaurant in New York and who's competing at the upcoming Canadian Culinary Championships in Ottawa.

Notes: Restaurant needs to be informed of the visit 48 hours in advance however, they may need 72 hours notice if the winner would like to claim the prize during a weekend. No charitable tax receipt. This prize will be announced on CBC Radio's The Early Editionon December 6.

Beaucoup Bakery is known for its flakey French pastries, especially its butter croissants, which have been voted best in the city. Pastry chef and co-owner Betty Hung just won Gold at the recent Taste Canada Awards for her cookbook titled French Pastry 101.

You and a friend will learn how to make a classic French pastry, the Paris Brest, with a private and exclusive baking class with Betty! Betty doesn't usually put on cooking classes, so this will definitely be an experience to remember. You will also receive a signed copy of French Pastry 101 and Beaucoup Bakery's popular holiday cookie tin.

This is a one of a kind Morgan Concert model guitar made with South American mahogany (back and sides). It has a B.C. sitka spruce top with a black stained curly maple bound body and fingerboard. Morgan Guitar owner David Ionnone recently collaborated on a Morgan with Sarah McLachlan that fetched for $96,000 at a charity auction, andthis guitar is just as nice!
