2 people dead in possible carbon monoxide poisoning

Police are investigating the death of two people, including a six-year-old boy, to see whether carbon monoxide poisoning was a factor.

Police are investigating the death of two people to see whether carbon monoxide poisoning was a factor.

Emergency services were called to a home on Varsity Drive N.W. around 10 p.m. MT Thursday. When they arrived, theyfound the bodies of a six-year-old boy and a woman.

Calgary police are calling the cause of the deaths "undetermined."

The major crimes unit has been called into continue the investigation.

A window was broken in the home and police are questioning neighbours.
