Police ask for public's help to locate Calgary teen missing since August

Calgary police are asking for the public's help to locate a teen who has been missing since August.

Aaliyah Manyheads, 15, was last seen in the southwest community of Woodlands on Aug. 24 around 9 p.m.

Police said there is nothing to indicate foul play at this stage.

However, investigators have been following up on tips and leads into her whereabouts since late August, police said, and are now asking for the public's assistance.

Manyheads is described asfive feet eight inchestall and about 155 pounds with brown eyes, black hair and a scar on her cheek below her right eye.

She was last seen wearing a black, maroon and white windbreaker, black Puma hooded sweaterand black Champion shorts.

Anyone who knows of herwhereabouts is asked to call the Calgary Police Service at 403-266-1234.
