Aninvestigationhas determined Lethbridge police officers were justified infatally shootinga Bhutanese man in July, 2012.

Emergency calls that day indicate Deu Raj Puri, 26, was threatening people in a home with a knife.

He refused to drop the knife when police arrived and both officers fired their guns.
