Tim Bosma murder trial: Incinerator evidence focus at trial of 2 accused

The trialof the two men accused of killingTim Bosmaresumes today in Hamilton after a day off Friday,and is expected to hear from a forensic biologist who examined the Eliminator, Bosma's truckand other key evidence.

TheSuperiorCourt trial is inits fifthweek.

Dellen Millard, 30, of Torontoand MarkSmich, 28, of Oakville, Ont.,have each pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder.

Bosma, a32-year-oldfrom the Hamilton suburb ofAncaster, was last seen on May 6,2013, leaving his home to take two men on a test drive of a truck he had advertised for sale online.

Burned remains were found on May 14, 2013, on a farm owned by Millard. Those remains could not be positively identified as belonging to Bosma.The next day, Millard was charged with murder, and a few days later, onMay 22,Smichwas arrested and also charged with murder.

Last week, court heard about Mark Smich's arrest and also about the financial health of Millard's company.
