Police ask for help identifying 4 men in connection with St. Catharines shooting

Niagara Region police have released photos and video of four men in hopes of identifying them in connection with a downtown St. Catharines shooting that left a man with critical injuries.

Niagara Region police have released photos and video of four men in hopes of identifying them in connection with a downtown St. Catharinesshooting that left a man with critical injuries.

The grainy, black and white video shows the four men talking while walking along St. Paul Street.

A 24-year-old man was rushed to an out-of-town hospital with life-threatening injuries, police say, after officers were called to the corner of Queen and St. Paul Streets around 1:40 a.m. Sunday and found him suffering with agunshot wound.

A suspect wearing a dark blue, hooded track suit with a solid white stripe running down the side was last seen fleeing west near Ontario and St. Paul Streets. He's described as a slender black man in his 20s.
