Police look for suspect in brazen afternoon bank robbery in Waterloo

Waterloo regional police are looking for a suspect after a daytime bank robbery on Thursday at a Scotiabank in Waterloo.

Waterloo regional police are looking for a suspect after aday time bank robbery on Thursday at a Scotiabank in Waterloo.

Police said the robberyhappened at around 2 p.m. Thursday, aftera man went into the King Street South bank with a weapon and demanded money.

The man made off with an undisclosed amount of money, police said. The type of weapon used has not been revealed by police.

No injuries were reported.
