Census shows who's paying more for rent and where

Rents are up in Kitchener, Waterloo and Guelph, but the latest census stats show the highest increases have been in more suburban areas.

Immigration, on the other hand,is consistent with what it's been in decades, although the origins of immigrants to Waterloo Region are shifting.
