Boxing Day wind chill brings cold blast to Winnipeg

It's a true Winnipeg winter on Saturday, with the wind chill making outside feel like 36 C.

It's a true Winnipeg winter on Saturday, with the wind chill making outside feel like36 C.

Although the sun is expected to shine all of Boxing Day, the high is only expected to reach19 C, as winds gust up to 15 km/h.

On Saturday night, skies are expected to become partly cloudy as the low drops to26 C.

Environment Canada says the same cold conditions are expected to stick around for Monday, where, with the windchill, Winnipeg will once again feel like36 C.
