Women's rowing team wins Manitoba's 3rd medal at Canada Summer Games

Team Manitoba won bronze in the women's rowing quadruple sculls on Thursday.

Four women rowed their way to Manitoba's third Canada Summer Games medalafter winning bronze in the quadruple sculls on Thursday.

Team Manitoba finished with a time of7:06.49, behind the teams from Ontario and British Columbia, which won gold and silver respectively at the event in Kenora, Ont.

The Manitoba team consists of Emma Gray, Abby Dent, Justine Gillert, and Gabriella Yakemow.

Gray was Team Manitoba's flag bearer during the opening ceremony.

All of Team Manitoba's medals won so far have been bronze.
