It might be cold outside but we've got stories that'll warm you right up. CBC Manitoba's Creator Network is presenting a South Asian Film Night featuring five short films highlighting creatives from Winnipeg's South Asian communities.

The best part? You don't even have to leave your house to attend. It's all taking place online. Grab a cup of hot chocolate or chai and curl up for a cosy evening.

All participants will have the chance to win one of five limited edition CBC Manitoba toques.

About the Creator Network

The Creator Network is a national program that connects the CBC to diverse, local film makers across the country. The goal is to amplify Canadian stories and share unique perspectives by deepening relationships within neighbourhoods and among diverse communities in Manitoba.

Following the success of the remote newsroom at Garden City in collaboration with Winnipeg's South Asian communities in the Fall of 2021, CBC Manitoba's Creator Network paired up with filmmakers Wasif Haseeb and Mandeep Sodhi.
