In Canada we eat more than twice as much salt as we should.There are lots of ways salt can sneak into our diet. Bread is often full of sodium and eating out usually means your disheswill be laced with various forms of sodium.The biggest culprit is processed food, which accounts for 77 per centof our sodium intake in Canada.
