Man, 36, dead after stabbing on Winnipeg's Main Street

A 36-year-old man is dead after a stabbing on the street's 600 block on Thursday, city police say.

A 36-year-old man is dead after a Thursday stabbing on Winnipeg's Main Street.

City police were called shortly after 1 p.m. Thursday tothe 600 block of Main Street, north of Alexander Avenue,according to a Friday news release.

The man, identified by police asLloyd Larson,was taken to hospital in critical condition and later died ofhis injuries.
