It's the last Sunday of the month and you can use Bixi for free

Bixi season is well underway but now the bike-sharing service is offering Montrealers a free ride on the last Sunday of every month.

All trips that are under 30 minutes will be free for cyclists who want to get around the city.

You will also need a credit cardto put down a temporary $20 security deposit.

For those who haven't tried it yet,Bixi stations are located across many parts of Montreal. You can return the bike at any docking station.

The free rides apply on the lastSunday of every month fromMay 29 until the end of October.
