CBC joins 2015 edition of Quebec City Community Christmas Hamper Campaign

CBC Radio One in Quebec City is a proud partner of the Community Christmas Hamper Campaign. The campaign is bringing the English-speaking community together for its20th year.

Until Dec.11, CBC will be collecting non-perishable food donations at the CBC office (888 St-Jean Street). For more on how to donate or volunteer, visit the campaign website.

The Community Christmas Hamper Campaign is accepting food donations until Dec.13and monetary donations until Dec.19.

Wednesday, Dec.2 (57 p.m.)

Holiday Happy Hour with the Voice of English-speaking Quebecat the Morrin Center (44 Chausse des cossais). Canned food entrance fee and other proceeds go to the hampers.

Saturday, Dec. 5 (9:30 a.m.)

Join Mom's Night Out and Be Active Quebec for a children's Christmas party at the Jeffrey Hale Hospital's Coin Soleil Room(1250Ste-Foy Road). Canned food entrance fee. Bring a $5Christmas gift with your child's name.

Thursday, Dec. 10 (12 p.m.)

International Luncheon at the Eastern Qubec Learning Centre (3005 William Stuart Street).

This year's theme: Russian food! Entrance fee is $13.
