The seven Do Crew volunteers filled a variety of roles at the event. From helping attendees choose from among the400 handcrafted soup bowls, to washing bowls, filling bread baskets, wiping down tables and welcoming each new person as they sat down to enjoy their meal.

I was so thrilled to be surrounded by a group of volunteers to whom warm smiles seemed to come easily. Thanks to Valerie, Wanda, Jordan, Nicki, Honora and Lola for giving their time. More than that though, thanks for bringing your warm energy. I look forward to seeing you all at a future Do Crew event.
