Brooklyn-based sculptor Kurt Perschke has been travelling the world for the past 10years with a giant red ball. Hes been to Abu Dhabi, Taipei, Perth, Barcelona, Korea, Portland and Sydney among others.

This week, hes squeezing the inflatable RedBall into nooks and crannies in Project Tour: Montreal.

Kids say the five-metre high vinyl ball looks like a giant tomato. Grown-ups say it makes the city fun to explore.

Perschke created the RedBall Project to get people to look on their city with fresh eyes.
