Voters cast ballots on last day of advance polls

With less than a week to go until the provincial election, over 21,000 peopleacross the province took the opportunity to vote in advance polls on Monday.

The advance polls are the last chanceto voteuntil election day on November 30.

People in the district of Mount Pearl North cast the most advanceballots, with 933 votes counted.

The district of Carbonear Trinity Bay de Verde has the highest number of voters. In that region, 452 people showed up for the advancepolls.
