Snappies: 3-ingredient appetizers for the holidays

There's enough cooking and cleaning to do over the Christmas holidays, without having to worry about what you're going to serve unexpected or invited guests.

Chef and comedian Andie Bulmanhas put together threesuper-easy appetizers for the CBC NL YouTube Channelin a new series called "Snappies."

It's a 'snap'

The idea is that the three ingredient recipes are so easy, they're a "snap."

Here's the first "Snappies" recipe: parmesan and black truffle oil popcorn.

Stuffed peppers

The second "Snappies"uses goat cheese, cream, andalready marinatedmini peppers, that are available at most grocery stores.

Mmmm sorbet

The third in our "Snappies"series is something fancy you can do with those frozen blueberries in your freezer, a drop of honey, and a glugof champagne or prosecco.
