Clarke's Beach pharmacy armed robbery under investigation

Trinity-Conception RCMP continue to investigate an armed robbery that took place Friday night at a pharmacy in Clarke's Beach.

The robbery happened at 8:30 p.m.Police said two masked suspects entered the business, which was open at the time, and demanded prescription medications.

RCMP saida bearded man wearing a white cap was inside the pharmacy shortly before the robbery occurred. Police consider the man to be a potential witness andare now looking to speak with him.

It is not known what type of weapon was used in the robbery.
