Wednesday's CrossTalk: Who gets to say who's Indigenous?

Tens of thousands of people who wanted to belong to the Qalipu First Nation have been ruled out.

People in this province are finding out this week if they're now part of Qalipu First Nation Band.

Thousands who were in the band are out.Tens of thousands were denied.

The band and the Government of Canada came up with the criteria in order to qualify.

On Wednesday's CrossTalk, the question is this: who should get to decide who is "Indigenous?"
