Golden Predator says it's bringing back resigned chairman, board

A recent shakeup at the top of a mining company with properties in the Yukon has been reversed.

Just two weeks ago the chairman and board were forced out by the majority shareholder

A recent shakeup at the top of a mining company with properties in the Yukon has been reversed.

Golden Predator, which owns the Brewery Creek property,near Dawson City, and Three Aces, north of Watson Lake, lostits chairman and boardmembers two weeks ago.

They resigned after the majority shareholder, Till Capital,signaled it was going to replacethem.Theyincluded chairman Bill Sheriff and former Yukon premiers Dennis Fentie and Piers McDonald.

A company release says Fentie is now back on the board and the other directors are expected to rejoin at a meeting on Friday in Vancouver.

The company says this follows negotiations with Till Capital.
