Yukon liquor authorities have laid 'bootlegging' charges against a Whitehorse man.

He is set to appear in Territorial court Tuesday.

The 71-year-old has already been charged under the Yukon Government's Safer Communities And Neighbourhoods legislation. Under that law, authorities want Moustakas evicted from his home for three months. Neighbours had complained about alleged illegal activities happening at Moustakas' home.

Earlier this month, there was a fire at Moustakas' home. Fire officials say he may not be able to return to hishome anyway because of the damage.
