The annual Yukon Sourdough Rendezvous is a highlight of Whitehorse's social calendar every year, as locals and visitors spent a week and a half taking part in snow carving, dog shows, and of course dressing up for the occasion.

One of the highlights of this year's Rendezvous was Team Mexico's entry in the international snow carving competition titled the Wall.

"We believe that the physical and mental walls must fall," the team's entry read."Never again walls between peoples and nations."
