LRT worker receives electric shock, province investigating

The Ontario Ministry of Labouris investigating after a worker suffered an electric shockat the Albert StreetLRT construction site Thursday morning.

Ottawa paramedics say the 34-year-old man's ankle came into contact with a wireeither in the tunnelor near the entrance.

Paramedics spokesmanFranois Ctsaid it doesn't look like the worker was doing any electrical work at the time of the accident.

The worker wasin stable condition when he arrived at the hospital, according to first responders.
