Ottawa police arrest man accused of trafficking a minor

Ottawa police arrested a manwantedon a Canada-wide warrant who they say is wanted in relation to trafficking a person under the age of 18 years.

Jamie Byron, 22, was wanted on several charges, including living off the avails of juvenile prostitution and keeping a common bawdy house.

He was arrested in Montreal on Wednesday when he appeared in court for an unrelated matter, police said.
