Shots fired into Overbrook home, nearly hit 3 people

Ottawa police are investigating an incident of shots fired into a home in the 300 block of Prince Albert Street on Saturday night.

Ottawa police are investigating an incident where shots were fired into a home in the citys Overbrook neighbourhood on Saturday night..

Police say multiple gun shots were fired at the home in the 300 block of Prince Albert Street around 9:45 p.m.

Many entered the living room window at the front of the property.

Nobody was injured but three people were in the living room when the bullets flew by, police added, and one bullet nearly struck someone.

The guns and gangs section is investigating the incident and investigators are looking for witnesses.
