The CBC Street Talk team visited West Carleton-March ward to ask voters: What would make your neighbourhood (or, in this case, village) a better place to live.

From Sept. 22 to Oct. 23, CBC Ottawa will visit the 23 electoral wards in the city of Ottawa to get the inside track on the issues people are talking about on the eve of the upcoming municipal election.

Eli El-Chantiry, the incumbent, who was first elected in 2003, is running again. He will face off againstfour other candidates vying for the seat at city council.
