Thousands wear pink for anti-bullying rally in Regina

An anti-bullying rally was held in Regina today as part of Red Cross Pink Day.

An anti-bullying rally was held in Regina Tuesday afternoon as part of Red Cross Pink Day.

Organizers were estimating that 2,400 elementary and high school students would take partata gym at the University of Reginakinesiologycentre.

Speakers included Saskatchewan Roughrider Dan Clark, former Rider ScottMcHenryand hockey player Jessica Campbell.

The message of the rally was to stand up and speak out when you see bullying happening, and to stop hazing in sports.

The crowd was a sea of pink.
