Police in Regina are looking for suspects after reports of shots being fired into the windows of a home and a business on the city's south side.

Police said the first case was reported at 12:50 a.m. CST when they were called to a business on the 4600 block of Albert Street where a window appeared to have been damaged by gunfire.

Customers inside the business heard something hit the window and called police.

About 30 minutes later, officers were dispatched to deal with another report of apparent gun fire, just a few blocks away on the 2400 block of Gordon Road.

In the second case a window in a home was pierced by a bullet.

Police said the homeowner heard something hit the window and, upon closer inspection, found a hole through the window.

Police, including forensic specialists, are investigating both incidents.
