Foul play not involved in woman's death: Saskatoon police

There's no wordfrom police about what could have caused the death of the 34-year-old woman, who was found on Saturday near the corner of Avenue Q S. and 18th StreetW. The provincial coroners service continues to investigate.

Saskatoon police have ruled out foul play in the death of a woman last week.

The 34-year-old woman's bodywas spotted around 8 p.m. Saturday by members of the public near the corner of Avenue Q S. and 18th StreetW.

Since then, investigators have determined the death wasn't the result of a crime, the Saskatoon Police Service said in a Thursday news release.

Police haven't released the woman's name, but said her next of kin have been notified.

There's no wordfrom police aboutwhat could have caused her death. The Saskatchewan Coroners Servicecontinues to investigate.
