Dozens of people showed up at Saskatoon's City Hall Sunday night to honour the Humboldt Broncos.

The vigil was in support of the victims of a fatal hockey team bus crash that killed 15 people Friday and sent 14 more to hospital.

It took place just before a large vigil at the hockey arena in Humboldt, Sask.

Two players on the Broncos were from Saskatoon.

The vigil was a way for everyone who can't make it to Humboldt to show their support and honour the victims.

"We've all been part of those communities, we've all got someone who is affected. It's going to be a long road of recovery for people in many ways," said attendee EliseRuiters.

"Even just being together to visit, it's OKjust to be sad for a couple minutes. Soaking up support, it's a hard thing for everybody."
