North Bay road open after swimming moose prompted closure

The City of North Bay says Memorial Drive is now open after being closed for much of the day due to a wandering moose.

A moose had been in Lake Nipissingfor much of the day. City police, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry and city employees worked to help the animalexit Lake Nipissing by the waterfront.

No update has been given on the status of the moose.
