Man, 35, charged with 2nd-degree murder after woman's body found in Kenora

The death of a 62-year-old woman in Kenora, Ont., last week is now considered a homicide.

The death of a 62-year-old in Kenora last week is now considered a homicide.

Provincial police said Paul Leroux, 35, was arrested Thursday in the northwestern Ontario city and charged with second-degree murder.

On July 30, police responded to a residence on Mikado Avenue, where the body of a woman later identified as Christine Wrightwas found.

The investigation isongoing.
