More than 200 anglers across northwestern Ontarioand beyond have sent in their fish pictures as part of CBC Thunder Bay's annual Show Us Your Fishstory and photo contest.

From hardened anglers showing off lake monsters, to newcomers who hauled in their very first fish, we saw some incredible photos of great times on the water as people vied to win one of three rod and reel sets.

That's a great photo, and an experience a lot of anglers know all about fishing doesn't just happen when the weather is nice out.
