Justin Bieber takes selfie with Fashion Santa at Yorkdale

Canadian pop music sensation Justin Bieber decided to take in Toronto's shopping scene Saturday and ran into a familiar face who is also known to snap a few photos with fans.

The Biebs met up with Fashion Santa,YorkdaleShopping Centre's popular attraction during the holiday season. The mall tweeted out a photo of the encounter withmodel Paul Mason and Bieber on what was projected to be the second-busiest shopping day of the year.

"It's true! Celebs shop at #Yorkdale! Can you #beliebe it?!" the caption saidon Twitter.

Bieber, 21, has made headlines in Toronto recently after he thrilled fans withan intimateacoustic performance at the Danforth Music Hall on Dec. 7. Proceeds from the show went to a Stratford, Ont., food bankthat was used by his mother in his hometown.

Fashion Santa isn't a stranger to the spotlight, either. A day after Bieber's Toronto show, Santa appeared on CBC Radio's Metro Morning where he saidhe sees himself as the younger, thinner brother of Santa Claus.
