Laura Babcock murder trial: A timeline of the Crown's case

The Crown has wrapped its case after five weeks of testimony, presenting jurorswith a timeline showingwhat it believes happened.

On Monday, the co-accused,Dellen Millard, 32, of Toronto, and Mark Smich, 30, of Oakville, Ont., will reveal whether they plan to mounta defence. Both have pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder.

The Crown's theory is that Babcock's murder may have been motivated by a love triangle. The court has heard Millard called herproblem he'd get rid of a promise he made to his girlfriend at the time, Christina Noudga.
