Marcus Stroman's big-league dream didn't come easy, father says

Marcus Stroman was thought to be lost for the season after he injured his knee in spring training. Thenthe Blue Jays starter didsomething he's been doing since he picked up a baseball: he proved everyone wrong. Through hours of rehab he returned in time to playa crucial role in the TorontoBlue Jays' playoff run.

As Stroman's father Earltells CBC'sNick Purdon in this feature, his son has spent much of his life proving critics wrong, including those who thought he was too short to play baseball.
