Torontonians 'relieved' over no to 2024 Olympic bid

"Relieved" quickly trumped "no" as the word of the day Tuesday as Mayor John Tory officially quashed any Toronto 2024 Olympic aspirations.

"I believe that one day Toronto will be a great venue for the Olympic Games, but not in 2024," Tory said to the apparent relief of many in the city.
