Girl, 4, critically injured after being struck by Transit Windsor bus

A four-year-old girl is in hospital with critical injuriesafter she was struck by a Transit Windsorbus Saturday night near Mic Mac Park.

Windsor police say it happened in the area of Prince Road and Barrymore Lane around 6 p.m.

Following the accident, the area was closed to traffic for several hours and has since reopened.

Police say there's no word yet if charges are anticipated or what led to the crash.
