Man gropes teen, commits indecent act in Windsor park

Windsor police are looking for a man who groped a teenage girl and committed an indecent act in Willistead Park.

A 16-year-old girl was walking along a park trailaround 8 a.m. Friday morning when a man approached her on a bike.

He touchedher inappropriately from behind. When the teenager turned around, she saw the man performing an indecent act, according to police.

The man is described as being white, 25 to 30 years old, standing about five feet11 inches. He wore a dark hoodie with white writing on the front, a baseball hat and light, baggy jeans.

He was riding a small blue and black BMX style bike.
