All three Mark Boscariol-owned restaurants close abruptly

Three weeks after the sudden passing of downtown booster Mark Boscariol, all three of his restaurants have abruptly closed.

The official Facebook pages of Downtown Pizza Co., Good Neighbour and SnackBar-B-Qmade the announcement Thursday just after 3 p.m.

Boscarioldied July 26 andleftbehind a wife and a son. He was 51 years old, according to his Facebook profile.

Downtown WindsorBIAchairperson LarryHorwitzsaid he is unsure what the future of the properties will hold.

"We do know that they're in a hold pattern. We know that things are being evaluated ... But I don't think anyone's made any final determinations," he said.
