In Windsor, many of usassociate Blak's Bakery on Langlois Avenuewith the many varieties ofpaczkisthey sell onShrove/Fat Tuesday.

In reality, this historic bakery wasbuilt on much healthier product:rye bread. Today, about a dozen different varieties of rye are offered.
